Who We Are
Rick's Pool Service is a local, family owned business started in 1981 by Rick Howard. Since 1981, RPS has served Pinellas County, FL by offering high-quality pool cleaning, service, and repairs at fair prices. RPS currently serves residential and commercial pool owners and associations in Pinellas county only, with our team of friendly pool technicians and staff. RPS is a licensed and insured company and would like to remind you to only hire licensed contractors.
Rick's Pool Service is an active member in the community at the local and state levels. We are a proud member of the Florida Swimming Pool Association, and support many organizations including Florida Safe Kids. We at RPS encourage water safety, supervision at all times with youths in pools while swimming, and the practice of teaching water safety and swimming to children.

Our mission at Rick's Pool Service is to provide a high quality service at a fair price, giving our customers the most value for their dollar. We promise to never put into service any component to your pool system that is excessive, underperforming, or unsafe for you or your pool. We also strive to make sure that all systems are operating correctly, and will help you make sure your pool is safe and clean to enjoy.
RPS is a strong believer in saving our customers money in whatever ways we can. We work with our customers to ensure that their pool systems will be as energy efficient as possible as well as clean, making sure our customers have green in their wallets and not in their pools.

Rick's Pool Service is a licensed and insured business. We operate under state registration and hold the Pinellas County license PCCLB C-3814. Please remember when selecting a pool service to perform any form of equipment repair or replacement, it is illegal to hire anyone or any company without a proper license and insurance.
